Dodgers Stymied By Boca Slabbers, Lose 13-1
Dodgers had a tough time generating runs on Sunday, dropping their game with Boca Slabbers 13-1.
Miguel Perez was on the hill for Dodgers. The bulldog lasted five and a third innings, allowing 14 hits and 13 runs while striking out seven. Wilson Marte threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Dodgers socked one home run on the day. Hernandez went deep in the third inning.
Moises Vallejos, Hernandez, Rey Sierra, Marte, and Dan Duffy each collected one hit to lead Dodgers.
Boca Slabbers saw the ball well today, racking up 15 hits in the game. Frankie Hernandez, Jake Luongo, John, Corey Goldfarb, and Tommy Mann each managed multiple hits for Boca Slabbers. Hernandez went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Boca Slabbers in hits.
