I believe in leading my Team by example. This week was not exactly how I set that example with right level of skill that I expect myself to play with. The entire Team struggled to hit in this game and it starts with me. This did not meet my level of hitting at all. The success of a Team starts with leadership and this game I FAILED MY TEAM.
