| MORE TO FOLLOW.... The Southern Yankees Baseball Club after a year long hiatus are back playing baseball. We will throw this first game out as obvious rust on everyone was expected . The White Sox upended the Yankees 13-9 in a see- saw battle . Bob Esposito, whilmer Flores and Edgatr Tovar each smacked 3 hits. Sam Bartoletta, Joe Darelli, Bob Stallone and Vinny Zarrella each clubbed 2 hits as the Yankees had traffic on the bases all game but left too many on. We will rebound next week and happy to proclaim again even though Dos Equis changed the ad to keep it interestante- we will continue to say 'Stay thirsty my friends! !! |
