| Tommy Zawisza led the Hitmen on to the field for their opening day, pitching a complete game, with a 10 strikeout performance. The Hitmen team was exhausted to say the least, half the team had played 9 games the week prior in the Roy Hobbs World Series in which they won the Championship. The other half spent from a night of Halloween debauchery. Zawisza took the game over on the mound, and added 2 RBI's from the plate to give the Hitmen their 1st Win. |
