| Blistering Hot outside on Sunday but Tigers would stay equally hot for their 4th consecutive win. Metz would jump out to an early 1-0 lead on a solo shot off Rick Cabello, but Tigers would come roaring back with 8 runs in the bottom half of the 1st. Leading the attack that inning would be Cesar Carrillo, with a 2 run shot to left. This would be Big C's 3rd consecutive game with a HR! Rick would settle down on the mound only allowing 3 more earned runs, while striking out 7. But it would be the Tiger offense that would provide all the highlights. Marc Morrow, vying for the Senior Div. Batting title would go 2 for 3 and Adam Stramwasser batting in the 2 spot, would knock in 4 runs. Andre McAden would find his stroke, blasting his 1st HR of the season with a line shot over the left centerfield wall. Then in the 5th, with the Tigers needing 4 runs to send the Metz home early, Jason Teneyck would do just that with one swing. Jason would hit a walkoff Grand Slam to almost dead center, to seal the win for the Tigers. Other highlights: Coach Eric Alter would go 2-4, with 2 RBIs, and Coach David Carnevale would almost need EMS after failing to score from 3rd on a Sac fly to left.
