Tigers look sharp with 3rd Win in a row...
by Coral Springs Tigers (28+ Division)

Tigers would roll with their 3rd win in a row by beating Southern Yankees, 7-1. Albert Gonzalez was masterful going 9 strong innings for the win. Albert was fantastic, holding a solid Yankees lineup to only 1 unearned run. Offensively, The Tigers would get to the Yankee starter in the 2nd inning, with Cesar Carillo hitting a solo shot to left. Then in the 4th, with 2 outs and 2 runners on, Adam Stramwasser would come through with a 2 run triple to the deepest part of the ballpark, giving the Tigers a 4-0 lead. Marc Morrow and Jason T would help add to the lead in the 9th, with base hits and SB's to get in scoring position, then Jason Diaz would knock them in with a 2 run double to right. Also getting into the action would be Daniel Stramwasser, going 2 for 3. Tigers look forward to a key matchup next week, facing the defending Senior Div champs, Miami Brewers.

Got beat by a crafty pitcher and a good Coral Springs Tigers team.
by Southern Yankees (28+ Division)

Southern Yankees could not get to Albert Gonzalez. Fast game (2 1/2 Hrs.) and not much offense from Yankees.
