| The Miami Mariners got off to an early lead, however, the tigers battled back hitting a 2 run home run. After the Mariners took the lead again, overall defense let us down to allow the Tigers to score 4 un earned runs. The Tigers, never gave up and much credit should be given to them for their incredible resolve and relentless hustle throughout the entire game.
The Miami Mariners are officially protesting the game as there was a rule interpretation that resulted in the Tigers scoring the game winning run. Umpires were made aware of the protest after the call was made. |
