| Amazing dedication and team work was shown today by both teams. Mariners and Rangers both showed huge heart and dedication, never giving up. Only 8 players showed up for the Miami Mariners. A huge thanks to Miguel and the Rangers for lending us Yandy Martin to complete our team. The game its self was off to a rocky start, Rangers scored 7 runs in first 2 innings pretty much all off of Mariners errors. As far as ive seen, the dedication and toughness from the Mariners goes unmatched. Never give up. Special recognition to our pitcher Javier Diaz who once again pitched 9 innings, striking out 5, and went 3-3 at the plate while getting on base all 5 plate appearances. It was a pleasure playing with the very classy gentlemen of the Miramar Rangers. Wishing them a great rest of the season. |
