Red Sox win thriller

For the third game in a row, the Miami Red Sox found themselves in a 1-0 ballgame in the sixth/seventh inning. Red Sox ace Cory Casuso was back to form pitching five innings of shutout ball and driving in a run with a line drive base hit. Not to be outdone, Sean Hernandez struck out 13 sox batters. Adam Acosta added three innings of shutout ptiching for the Red Sox before closer David Espinosa gave up an RBI triple to Bryan Probst in the bottom of the ninth to make it a 2-1 ballgame with man on third an no outs. However, the Sox closer retired the side after that to give the starving Red Sox their first win of the season.


Brewers lose pitchers duo

On a beautiful day to play baseball the Brewers and Red Sox played a crossover game in which Sean Hernandez from the Brewers and Corey from the Red Sox did not allow a run until the 7th inning. 1-0 entering the top 9th the Brewers allowed another run and resulted in a 2-1 loss. Great pitching performance by Sean striking out 13 in 9 inning.
