| Christmas came early for the Blues. We scored 6 runs on only 3 hits in the 2nd inning. We never looked back and cruised to an 11-5 victory. Billy Zoffinger hit a single and a double, scored 2 runs and had an RBI. Brent Lozano had a 2 for 3 day with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI. Ray Tolmos had 2 hits with 2 RBI. Felix Monserrate was 2 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI and James Giordano was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Kenny Tyson was the winning pitcher going 5 innings giving up only 1 earned run. The Bats have a good team and are a nice group of guys. I'm sure they will make a playoff run. |
