| It was a beautiful day at South Miami High School to start the Fall 2013 season. The D-Backs scored a run in the 1st inning for a 1-0 lead. In the 2nd inning, The D-Backs would get the offense in high gear, posting 10 runs, highlighted by Danny Leon's 2 run blast over the left field wall. The D-Backs would go on to add a run in the 3rd, Ivan Asencion hit a long solo shot to add a run in the 4th, and 2 runs in the 6th to deliver the knock out. It was a balanced attack, with 12 different players collecting hits and 11 different players scoring runs. Jay Habacht at one point struck out 5 batters in a row, pitching 5 innings, 0 ER. Good game to old friends Albie Diaz and Alex Dickson and new Yankees coach Luis Cancino.
