| A's win second game of young season |

| The A's made it interesting on Sunday as they took an early 6-0 lead on the Miami Dodgers on Sunday just to see it wipe away in the top of the 7th. Thankfully, the A's were able to put up a 6 spot of their own in the bottom half of the inning to secure their 2nd win on the season defeating the Dodgers 12-9. Alex Arteaga had another quality start going 5 innings while striking out 3 and giving up only 1 hit. Ariel Bello went 1 while striking out 2. Alvaro Gomez closed the game striking out 4 in the final 2 innings. Offensively, the A's were led by Eric Perez who went 2-4 with 4 RBI. Gomez, Bello and Miguel Garcia also had 2 hits while Leo Portes, Ramses Tur, and Jose Torres all added hits. Overall, a good win for the A's who improve to 2-0 on the young season. |
